Parliamentary Conference & AV Systems Integration
Installation and integration of a digital parliamentary conference system with audio/visual systems, CCTV, live broadcasting and server and network infrastructure supporting Senate proceedings.

Project overview
Bedrock Systems contributed to the deployment and integration of a digital parliamentary conference system supporting proceedings within the Senate.
The project involved the installation and integration of TAIDEN paperless multimedia congress terminals used by Senators, together with audio and visual systems, CCTV cameras, live broadcasting infrastructure, and server and network infrastructure.
The different technology components were connected into a coordinated meeting environment designed to support parliamentary communication, meeting management, audio and video, visual monitoring, and live dissemination of proceedings.
The challenge
The parliamentary meeting environment required multiple technology systems to work together reliably rather than operate as isolated installations.
The conference terminals, audio and visual equipment, CCTV cameras, broadcasting infrastructure and underlying server and network environment all needed to communicate and function as part of a coordinated technology ecosystem.
The project therefore required careful installation, configuration, connectivity and systems integration to establish a dependable infrastructure for parliamentary proceedings.
What we delivered
Installed and configured TAIDEN paperless multimedia congress terminals used by Senators during parliamentary proceedings.
Integrated the conference terminals with the supporting audio and visual systems.
Installed and integrated CCTV cameras as part of the wider meeting and video infrastructure.
Supported the integration of the meeting environment with live broadcasting infrastructure.
Set up and configured the server infrastructure used to connect and coordinate the different systems.
Established the required network connectivity between the conference technology and associated infrastructure.
Provided technical installation, configuration, integration and support across the deployed systems.
Key capabilities
Conference terminals
TAIDEN paperless multimedia congress terminals installed and configured for use by Senators during proceedings.
Audio & visual integration
Conference terminals integrated with the supporting audio and visual systems in the meeting environment.
CCTV & video systems
CCTV cameras installed and integrated as part of the wider meeting and video infrastructure.
Servers, network & broadcast
Server and network infrastructure set up to connect the conference environment, including integration with live broadcasting infrastructure.
The result
- A connected technology environment in which conference systems, audio/visual equipment, CCTV, broadcasting and server and network components operate together.
- Demonstrated capability to deploy and integrate complex, multi-component IT infrastructure where reliability, connectivity and coordinated operation are essential.
- Proven ability to work across multiple technology domains — conference and AV systems, servers, networks, CCTV and broadcasting — delivering integrated solutions rather than isolated installations.
